Zip Forms
What do you use??? What else is there??? In Houston we have to use Zip Forms, and I hate it, and with it I use DocUsign... I was just wondering if anyone has any feed back about electronic signatures and how title companies are accepting them... So for with 23 contracts, I have not had very many title companies say anything. I did however have a bank on a short sale say no to the use of it and they did not want faxed copies either....

I use RealFast as well. I have used zip as well, prefer realfast.
Havent used digital signatures yet so cant comment on the adapation.
I used Zipforms before but our board offered Formsrus for free so I took advantage of it. It works very well once I got used to it. Both formats can be e-mailed but Formsrus allows the recipient to edit the text which is really handy. Electronic signature is not common in Southern IL yet, but Faxed signature is very common. It also depends on the document--power of atty requires originals.
Thanks for asking.
I'm obviously using zip forms also, since I am also in the Houston area. How does the Docusign work? I would be interested in knowing more about that. Maybe another post???
Every once in a while I get someone that wants to go to Pearland and that is way out of my territory.
Why do you hate Zip Forms?
Ann,
This blog was over a year ago and they have since fixed MOST of their issues. They have gotten much better but I still have problems with them not liking IE 7 or the latest FireFox browsers. I think at the time they where having a lot of problems with the viewer dumping contracts... I still have to save after every page just to make sure I don't loose any info...
