What the home buyer really wants

What is it that the home buyer really wants??? In studies I have seen, it was very clear that location/neighbourhood is the key to everything. The second most important thing is price..... Then size or how many bedrooms...But the key is pricing.

I see to many agents selling floor-plans or the type of home before selling the most important things; LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION, then price.... Give the home buyer what they want, not what you want to sell them...

I had a friend in sales who never carried a brief case. he always said when aclient sees the brief case he thinks you are trying to sell him what is in it as opposed to what he wantas. This ppost remionded me of that story

Where it is is more important than what it is and your outside buyer who knows nothing about the may not be selling him property but I bet someone else using video with local community events will.

Yes, exactly! I have had several buyers toss their original criteria of the home itself to buy in the neighborhood the decided was the one they wanted. It's always interesting to compare the home buyers end up purchasing with their original "must have" list.
